Shipping

As a customer you have several methods of shipping available to you.

1)    Within the USA and Canada we offer a flat fee and will ship (where possible) directly from our US warehouse. If you require goods by express courier then please send us an email and we will arrange your preferred method of shipping and send you an appropriate quotation for the express shipping component.
2)    Within Australia you will have several choices and we recommend Express Post Airbag for expedient delivery. All Australian orders will be shipped (where possible) from our Australian warehouse. 
3)    For all other countries we offer a flat rate fee and will ship to you via Registered Airmail from our international warehouse. If you require goods by express courier then please send us an email and we will arrange your preferred method of shipping and send you an appropriate quotation for the express shipping component.

Deliveries

For all our methods of shipping you will be required to sign for your goods upon delivery.

We do not offer economy international shipping becasue this has prooven problematic inthe past.  

Booma RC may elect to ship your goods by a more secure method at its discretion.

Product Returns and Refunds

Booma RC offers’ a 10 day 100% money back guarantee on all purchases under the following conditions:

1)    Advised of the return must happen within 10 days of the receipt of your goods.
2)    Booma RC must be contacted prior to the return for a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA)
3)    The goods must be returned undamaged in the original packaging in a resalable condition.
4)    The 10 day return policy does not imply warranty returns.
5)    Warranty type and period varies depending on the type of goods.
